Drift from spraying fields south of the Calexico Border Patrol Station

Drift from spraying crops fell on some of the government vehicles in the parking lot. We have been told in the past that there should not be planes crop dusting the fields next to the Calexico Border Patrol Station, that the fields next to the station are supposed to be done with a tractor. Please advise if the information we received was correct or incomplete.
