For the second day in this week, electricity has been fluctuating. Last episode /blackout was 45 minutes long (around 4pm). After that, brownouts/blackouts were seen. Risk of heatstrokes because of the temp today (110°F + humidity). There are kids, diabetics, and seniors there....
