Description:
There was a modified white truck with a skid plate dumping things from his truck bed into a large dumpster by the Holtville Skate Park. There were boxes and other large items that the individual was dumping. I was able to take some photos from a safe distance. Admin: DTSC Imperial CUPA will investigate this complaint.
