The area of the hazard is Pat Williams Park where kids and families like to play. The area is surrounded in broken rope that is supposed to stop the kids from wandering off, the new river is beyond the ropes. The New River Is best known for its pollution and all the diseases, many people that i found that fell in have had serious side effects
