Found an illegal dumping site on Alamo road on the outskirts of Holtville

Address: outskirts passing hwy115 Westbound on the Alamo road on left side
Description: 4- Big Oil Barrel, 2- 5 gallon of Performance oil buckets with oil spilled onto ground, more buckets behind a metal shed building, tires, matresses, 3 old computer models looks like square ones that might of been in use at some office. (Outdated now), long trailer standing next to a abandoned house that is where behind you will find the spot.Wood from a home built and some poles. A teddy bear(poses no imminent danger). Also found some metal air-conditioning ducts that looked like were ripped out from possible house there and were abandoned there also.

Description: Oil barrels and oil spill on ground, tires, wood, computers, toy teddy bear*,long trailer abandoned, matresses and a big bin left with stuff in it. Broken Pallets.

Address: Holtville Outskirts on left side of Alamo road
Description: Found a site of illegal dumping with 4 oil big oil barrels( not sure if empty or not)and some 5 gallon platic barrels with oil that is dumping to ground. Wood pallets and wood from a house and wood poles, tires, stuffed animal bear, even a abandoned long trailer to haul stuff with the tow on it. Big platic canister with stuff inside. Big metal round container with dirt inside, away from the site going East also.
Also saw some 3 computer monitors too.
Environmental/Insect Problem in Dixieland Area

Address: Corner of Arizona Rd and W Evan Hewes Hwy, Imperial CA (Dixieland)
Description: Problem of infestation of insects (flies,mosquitoes, etc.) around entire area. Awful odor also coming out of canal North of Evan Hewes Highway next to Kuhn Farms. Makes it uncomfortable to be outside because of insects and a bit difficult to breathe at times because of the bad smell.
White truck with green hose dumping into a canal

Address: McConnel Road on outskirts of Brawley turn right . First canal on right side.
Description: White truck with hood up and hose into canal with a man on top of the truck like trying to fix the truck. (Suspicious). Possibly dumped into the canal. Did a u-turn and drove up to man. His name on shirt is Figueroa and he had a name Sun border ?(but said was getting water and worked nearby. Then I noticed AZ plates as I drove off. Reporting this to be investigated.
Fire East of calipatria

Description: Fire near ag burn but can't tell if is ag burn. The fire seems more out of control and prior to report it has been 30 minutes and still burning. I will also call calipatria fire.
Blue Recliner Sofa dumped on side of road.

Description: A blue Sofa recliner has been dumped on the side of the road. Looks broken and was illegally disposed of.
Graffiti abandoned building

Description: The building appears unsafe, yet i see teenagers enter through the open gates and broken chain link fence. Obvious graffiti and concerned this is being used for drug use.
